Where is Seaside Designs located?

We are based in the small beach town of Truro, Massachusetts...way out on the tip of Cape Cod.  Our ocean and beach surroundings inspire all of our products.  All products are designed and manufactured in Truro, MA with all of our paper products being made with recycled material.

How do you ship?

We ship either via USPS Priority Mail or UPS...you choose at checkout!  All in-stock products usually ship within 1-3 business days and usually arrive within 7-10 days of your order date.  We do not ship on weekends or holidays. All shipping costs are based on weight and destination and are provided directly from our shipping providers.  If you need rush shipping, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss the best options. Please verify your shipping address at checkout.

What if I need to cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes, we change our mind!  Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make a change or cancel.  We cannot cancel or change orders once this 24 hour window has passed.

Do you ship international?

At this time, we only can ship within the US.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

All sales are final and non-refundable unless your items arrive damaged. Please contact us immediately at hello@seaside-designs.com within one week of receiving your order if it arrived damaged.  All products must be in original packaging and unused to be valid for a damage return or refund.

Do I have to pay tax on my order?

Yes, if you are in the state of Massachusetts!
